Black Butte Ranch is a 1,830-acre family oriented recreation and vacation second home community. At present there are approximately 250 year-round residences located throughout the development. The Ranch features a number of recreational facilities including two 18-hole golf courses, swimming pools, tennis courts, hiking and biking trails.

We currently have over 25 homes in our vacation rental program. These homes provide fully-equipped kitchens, fireplaces, phone, TV, washer and dryer, BBQ and deck furniture.
